Price is per bird. This is a whole chicken, cut down the backbone so it can lay flat for even cooking.

HALVED

Price is per bird. This is a whole chicken, cut into 2 halves and packaged separately.

PART OUT

Price is per bird. Part your birds into various cuts. Our basic cut package is 2 skin-on boneless breasts, 2 tenderloins, 2 full wings, 2 leg quarters and 1 chicken carcass. Further custom cuts can be done, however, this is our basic part out.

DRUMS & BONELESS/SKINLESS THIGHs
$0.25
Price is per bird and only available on parted out birds. With this option we will take the leg quarters and separate them into drums and thighs, and debone and deskin the thighs.

WINGDINGS
$0.25
Price is per bird and only available on parted out birds. With this option, we will separate the wings into drums and flats, making wingdings, a cut you commonly see in restaurants.
OFF CUTS & ORGAN MEAT

FEET

Price is per bird. Feet are cleaned and nails trimmed off.

HALVED

Price is per bird. Necks are removed and vacuum sealed. Great for soups, gravy and more!

Our default cut is boneless/Skin-on Breasts. Other options include Boneless/Skinless, Whole Bone-in or Bone In Split. If you choose a bone in option, it uses the tenderloins so they will not be available to package separately.

You will have 2 tenderloins from each parted out bird that you DID NOT choose a bone in breast option for.

For each chicken you can choose any of the following cuts for the leg quarters.
