Perfect for soup stocks and bone broth. Typically there is still meat on these bones and make great chicken soup. Each pack of carcasses comes with 2 per pack. The case typically comes in 7, five packs of carcasses. Leg bones are around 1 pound per pack.

I cook the carcass bones with the paws and necks to get a superb full flavor with rich dimension. I cook them for hours and like the final product. Also I add a lot, really a lot of vegetables to the pot while cooking. I get flavorful broth.
