Refund & Cancellation Policy
General Policy (Food Items)
Due to the perishable nature of our products, all sales of food items are final. We do not accept returns or issue refunds on fresh, frozen, or processed food products.
Once products leave our possession, we cannot guarantee handling or storage conditions. For food safety reasons, returned food cannot be resold.
CSA Memberships
CSA (Community Supported Agriculture) memberships may be refunded only if canceled before the official start of the season.

Once the CSA season has begun, no refunds will be issued, regardless of pickup participation.

Missed pickups are not eligible for refunds or credits.

CSA shares are non-transferable once the season starts unless approved by us in advance.
Whole & Half Hog Reservations
Whole and half pig reservations may be canceled and refunded only if cancellation occurs at least 14 days (2 weeks) prior to the scheduled butcher date.

Cancellations made within 14 days of the butcher date are non-refundable, as animals, processing, and labor have already been committed.

Deposits or payments made after this cutoff are forfeited if canceled late or if pickup is missed.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive an order that is incorrect or damaged at the time of pickup or delivery, please contact us within 24 hours with photos and details. While refunds are not guaranteed, we will review the issue on a case-by-case basis.
Order Cancellations

Orders cannot be canceled once they have been processed.

Custom orders, CSA shares (after season start), and whole/half animal reservations (inside the cancellation window) are non-refundable.
