A full share will give you 24 chickens divided over 6 months from May through October. This means each month you will receive 4 chickens. We call this a "batch." A half share you will get 12 chickens in total and each of your 6 batches, you will receive 2 chickens. You can use the options below to customize your share to your liking.

A NOTE ON ORDERING:

Assuming you order a full share (4 chickens per batch) and you want some whole chickens, and some halved or spatchcocked, you would select the halved or spatchcocked option, then only choose how many you want cut that way. Any remaining will be left whole. For example, if you choose 1 halved and nothing else, then each batch you will have 1 chicken cut into halves and 3 whole chickens.

The part option will part out all birds. No whole, halved or spatchcocked is done with this option. This will give you the poplar retail cuts such as breast, wings, legs and more.
